4. Super Spinach also goes nicely with salads and serves as a ‘cooling’ food during the hot months. Spinach is 92% water, very high in antioxidants, potassium, folate, and magnesium, which are natural caretakers of blood pressure.
5. Cooling cantaloupe attributes 90% of its weight to water and contains more than 30 times the amount of beta-carotene (precursor to Vitamin A) than oranges.
